ACPE Re-enrolment Process
For re-enrolment please enrol via the Paradigm Student Management System. Login instructions can be found in the Welcome Pack that was sent to you when you commenced your course. If you need assistance with your enrolment please contact the Student Services team via studentservices@acpe.edu.au
You can check your student records on the Paradigm Student Management System and use the system to send the Acceptance Notice to your ACPE email account for a list of your current unit enrolments.
This is the date in the semester when your enrolment is finalised. After this date, you are liable for the tuition fees associated with your unit enrolments. The census date is published in the College Calendar located in the Important Dates section of the College website.
You can vary your enrolment before the census date by completing an Enrolment Variation form. Deadlines for variation apply and these are listed on the form. Variations after the census date cannot be made unless special circumstances apply.
You are able to add extra units to your enrolment before the advertised “last day to add units”. You are not able to add more units if you are already undertaking 4 units in the semester (unless written permission is granted by the Dean). To add units, complete an Enrolment Variation form and ensure it is submitted before the advertised deadline in the Important Dates document available on the ACPE website.
You can access the Paradigm Student Management System to check your timetable which will list the lecture and tutorial/workshop etc. times for your units.
You are able to withdraw from a unit by completing an Enrolment Variation Form where you specify the unit from which you are withdrawing, and submitting the form on or before the unit’s census date. Please refer to the deadlines listed on the form. Submit your completed form to Student Services. Once the census date has passed you are not able to withdraw from a unit without financial and academic penalty.
If you are undertaking units during the semester with either full or partial FEE-HELP assistance you will be issued with a Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN). The CAN outlines the amount loaned to you by the Commonwealth Government as at the census date, as well as any loan fees. CANs are issued to your ACPE student email account shortly after the census date. Please check the CAN for accuracy and keep the document for future reference.
