Staff Bio

Mikah van Gogh is a senior lecturer with over 15 years of experience in education, exercise science, and sports coaching. As Head of Department of Health Science at the Australian College of Physical Education, she has overseen undergraduate programs, including the reaccreditation process, designing innovative curricula, embedding work-integrated learning opportunities, and managing student engagement and progression. As an accredited exercise scientist and netball coach, she has worked with athletes, coaches, and organisations to enhance performance through education, testing and delivery of technical sessions.

Netball physiology and technical demands, high intensity training, teaching and learning

Projects

Mikah has recently published a systematic review examining high intensity multimodal training. This is being followed by a study to look at the prescription of this type of training and outcomes.
