Information Technology Services (ITS) provide facilities and services to students at ACPE. ITS manage and maintains an extensive network of high-end personal computers, telephony, specialised software, Wi-Fi access, student email and printing. ITS also provides personalised IT support to students via email, phone or on a face-to-face basis on any IT related issue.
All ACPE enrolled students with a current computer account can access any ACPE computers. The system provides access to resources such as the Internet, network storage drives, applications and printing. To obtain a computer account, please contact the IT Service department.
Available IT services:
All students are required to complete an Application for Computer Account Access Form and lodged with the ITS office. The ITS office is located on the ground floor next to the entrance at 8 Figtree Drive. Once completed, you are able to access ACPE computers and services.

As an enrolled student, you will be given an E-mail and OneDrive account. Email uses the format of <studentnumber>@student.acpe.edu.au. You will be allocated a 50GB mailbox limit and a 1TB OnDrive limit. Students can access their Emails and OneDrive through college computers or externally.
Copy, Print & Scan
New Students are allocated a $2.00 allowance on their Student Cards to allow them to Copy, Print and Scan. Student card recharge stations are located at PC Lab 2 (card only) and the library (cash & card).

Studysmart ACPE is a learning portal using the Moodle software. The Studysmart ACPE learning portal provides you with direct access to your units of study, complementary resources and all the services of the College including Academic Development Office and Library.
All Students with an active ACPE computer account can access the ACPE wireless network for access to the internet. Wireless coverage areas are currently located in the Library, Student Common Areas, Deck and Lecture Rooms

Audio and Visual Services
Services & Facilities
Audio Visual Services (AVS) provides AV presentation equipment for use in ACPE teaching and learning spaces. There is a range of equipment permanently installed in the lecture rooms. If you use AV equipment in class, or have a special presentation coming up, you can contact us to arrange the equipment and technical support to assist you.

Faulty or Broken Equipment
ITS staff are available for on-call assistance, When you call we will either talk you through the problem or come to the room to assist in person. Contact ITS Helpdesk office
If you discover equipment is broken and needs repairs you can let us know via the ITS Help Desk. We will also organise a replacement for you
If you have a special event of any kind coming up (guest lecture, seminar, conference, etc), prior booking is essential. ITS staff will advise you on suitable equipment
