Daniel is a busy basketball coach. One day Daniel’s basketball mentor suggested that to progress his coaching further he should look at a Coaching Degree. This was the catalyst for Daniel choosing the Bachelor of Sports Coaching (Management) at ACPE, providing him the opportunity to study coaching in more depth; “The units correlate to the coaching I am doing, and give me a new perspective when analysing why I do things a certain way”. Since commencing his studies at ACPE, Daniel has expressed joy towards the ability to develop his coaching knowledging, applying it to his every day; “So far my most enjoyable unit has been the Coaching Theory and Application unit, as I began to apply things I have learned with my current teams. I have been able to apply some of the Game Sense knowledge from the unit in my coaching  along with reflecting on my use of questions and use of coaching activities.”
