The Refer a Mate Scheme rewards the power of connection. It recognises students who share their positive study experience by encouraging friends, classmates, or peers to begin their own education journey.

This scheme celebrates the supportive networks that help students thrive and aims to make education more accessible for all.

By referring a friend to join the college community, students not only strengthen their own sense of belonging but also help others unlock new opportunities through learning.

This scheme is open to current ACPE students, staff and alumni who refer their mate to study with us. Terms and conditions apply.

Benefits

If a referred student enrols and commences study at ACPE, both the referring individual and the new student may receive a $2,000 voucher as part of the Refer a Mate Scheme

Important note: To submit and be considered for the Refer a Mate scheme you and your mate must first apply and received an offer from ACPE, as well as meet the conditions listed below. If you have not done so, please apply now.

Selection Criteria

The Refer a Mate Scheme is open to current ACPE students, staff and alumni who refer a prospective student to study with us and meet the conditions outlined below.

Conditions

To be considered for this scheme, you must:

Provide the College with a signed referral form completed by both the referring individual and the prospective student before the prospective student enrols
Both be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or New Zealand citizens residing permanently in Australia
The referred student must meet the entry requirements for their chosen course
Both, the referring individual and the referred student must enrol in a minimum of three (3) units and remain enrolled at the relevant census date.

This incentive applies to the specific study intake and cannot be deferred to a later start date.

An ACPE team member will be in contact with you to discuss your scholarship application within 24 hours of your submission.

Participation in this scheme does not influence ACPE admissions decisions. All applicants must independently meet the ACPE’s admission requirements for their chosen course.

Eligibility

Any current student of ACPE, graduates and alumni are eligible to participate. Both the referring student and the new student are eligible to receive an incentive as voucher or discount in fee scholarship if they meet the requirements below:

Referring student – any student who is currently enrolled in any of ACPE courses and who is willing to refer students to apply for enrolment in any of ACPE courses for which the referred student would be eligible to apply.

Referred student – any student who is a new or prospective applicant who has been referred by an ACPE student (current students and alumni) and who wishes to enrol in any of ACPE courses for which they would be eligible to apply.

This scholarship is exclusively valid for students who are currently studying, have previously studied or are newly enrolled at ACPE.

The referral will only be considered and paid to both students once the referred student has enrolled in the following intake and paid tuition fees or provided an ECAF (if they are opting to use FEE Help) and remain enrolled and active in the course after census date has passed.

The incentive is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other program.

ACPE reserves the right to make changes to the incentive from the program.

Should ACPE believe that there has been tampering, colluding or misuse of the referral campaign, ACPE reserves the right to disqualify the referrals in question.

A new student can be referred only once. There is however no limit to the number of new students an existing ACPE student can refer.

In the event that the referred student has already submitted an application to study at ACPE, the referral will be voided and disqualified.

In the event that a new student has started an application but not completed it, the referral will be considered. The referred student will have to complete the existing application after the referral has been made to be considered eligible.

Participants agree to comply with all SPAM laws. Any unsolicited commercial emails or spam under any applicable regulation is your responsibility, is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for being excluded from the Referral campaign. You may not make misleading representations about ACPE or its courses in breach of any applicable laws.

You must not use any intellectual property of ACPE other than to identify yourself as an ACPE student, graduate or alumni.

ACPE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any person from participating in the Referral campaign if ACPE deems or suspects that such a person has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:
1. Acting in violation of any of these terms and conditions.
2. Activity deemed in the sole discretion of ACPE to be inconsistent with the intended operation of the campaign.

Vouchers will be paid in AUD only. Only students residing in Australia are eligible to participate.

ACPE reserves the right to terminate the campaign at any time, without notice or consultation.
