The College seeks your authorisation to collect, use and publish material that may identify you for educational material, training and/or marketing and promotional purposes.
The material may include photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, written text, sound recordings or other samples of your work.
The purpose for which this material is being collected is to support course or program delivery, promote the College, recognise student achievement and participation, and support relevant marketing and communication activities.
If you give your authorisation, the College may arrange for the material to be published in a variety of formats. This may include, but is not limited to, newsletters in online or hard copy, the College website, brochures, social media, advertising, presentations, reports and other College marketing or communication materials.
If you sign the authority below you agree to the following:
– The material may be published as many times as required for the purposes described above.
– If images are collected, they may be reproduced in colour or black and white.
– The images or work samples may be edited for publication purposes and therefore may not appear in the exact form submitted.
