Consent to Publish Agreement

ACPE seeks authorisation to obtain and publish material that may identify you. The material may include photographs, videos, illustrations or graphics, text, sound recordings or other samples of work

If you give your authorisation, ACPE may arrange for the publication of the material in a variety of ways. The publications could include, but are not limited to:

• Social media posts
• Website use
• Printed brochures, flyers, and/or course pages
• Newsletters (online and in hard copy)
• Digital formats such as video, audio, images

If you sign the authority below you agree to the following:

• The material may be published as many times as is required for the purposes mentioned above.
• The images or work samples may be edited for publication purposes and therefore may not appear in the exact form captured.
