Consent to Publish Student Work

The College seeks authorisation to obtain and publish material that may identify you.
The material may include photographs, videos, illustrations or graphics, text, sound recordings or
other samples of work.

The purpose/purposes for which such material is being collected is:

If you give your authorisation, the College may arrange for the publication of the material in a variety of ways. The publication could include, but is not limited to newsletters (online and in hard copy), website, brochures, or other format as indicated.
If you sign the authority below you agree to the following:

• The material may be published as many times as is required for the purposes mentioned above.
• If images are collected they may be reproduced in colour or black and white.
• The images or work samples may be edited for publication purposes and therefore may not appear in the exact form submitted.
