What to expect

Scoring Education
We’ll come together, mostly ladies, to kick off the afternoon with a Muaythai scoring education session designed to help you better understand the sport, whether you’re sparring, competing, coaching, or simply watching a friend from the crowd.

Learn what scores in Muaythai, what judges look for, and how understanding scoring can help you become a more effective and strategic athlete. This is not a judging course, but rather an opportunity to gain practical insights that can help you train smarter, spar smarter, fight smarter, and better understand decisions when watching bouts.

Sparring & Clinching workshop
From there, you’ll move into interactive sparring and clinch workshops led by professional athletes and trainers Yolo & Soraya. Think of it as a chance to learn directly from experienced women in the sport within a supportive and empowering environment.

Afternoon Tea
Thai food will then be provided for a late lunch before we transition into a guided breathwork session with Mylee, a Breathwork, Mindset, and Performance Coach. Mylee will explore why breath is so important not only in training, but in everyday life, before guiding everyone through a grounding breathwork experience designed to calm the mind, activate the nervous system, and reset the body.

Wai Kru
An introduction to Wai Kru, the traditional ritual practiced before Muaythai competition. While learning Wai Kru is a long journey, this session offers a meaningful glimpse into its deeper cultural significance.

Rooted in Thai culture, Wai Kru translates to paying respect to the teacher. More than a pre-fight ritual, it is a spiritual and artistic practice that honours lineage, discipline, respect, and community. Through movement, rhythm, and intention, Wai Kru transforms Muaythai from a combat sport into a living art form.

Whether you train for fitness, recreation, competition, confidence, connection, or simply to try something new,  this day is for every woman.

Breathwork
To conclude there is a guided breathwork session with Mylee,  a Breathwork, Mindset, and Performance Coach. Mylee will explore why breath is so important not only in training, but in everyday life, before guiding everyone through a grounding breathwork experience designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reset the body.

PLUS A lucky draw for $1000 voucher towards a Women’s Muaythai Retreat in Phuket, lookout for the Entry instruction on upon arrival.
